Darkwing Duck Desktop Sound Scheme by Sanderss_96@SCSU.edu. These are sets of sounds intended to be used as a desktop scheme for Windows '95, but it can be used for Windows 3.1, or any other system which allows you to assign WAV sounds to "events".
